Strategies & Theory of Change
Our Strategies

Expand Collective Knowledge
We see the arts, language, culture, and storytelling as essential to us learning from the past to build a future free from oppression and exploitation.
Build Sustainable Capacity
Workers must have access to the tools and resources they need to build social, political, and economic infrastructure.
Educate the People
Change occurs what what is believes comes into conflict with what is reality. Right now, most people believe that the only way to survive is by profiting off the exploitation of others. We need to inform people of alternative models centered around people, their communities, and the environment.
Demonstrate Alternative Models
We must live by example and build our own structures and systems of solidarity, collective action and community care. “As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same”
Advocate for Change
We must hold those with power accountable for their actions, while redistributing that power back to the people and their communities.
Theory of Change
If we can:
- Clearly identify how systems of exploitation, individualism, and consumerism came to dominate our current social, political, and economic systems;
- Educate people on how these systems cause undue pain and suffering for us and the environment, and;
- Demonstrate how alternative systems that center mutual aid, shared accountability, and the stewardship of nature, people, and culture are the keys to people’s liberation
Then we can fundamentally change the material reality of the world around us, and pave a clearer path to true freedom and joy in our personal and social lives.
