Core Mission

To build and amplify solidarity economies, collective action movements, and community care networks.

Core Vision

People empowered as stewards of labor, nature, and culture.

Vision for Ourselves

We envision ourselves as an group devoted to worker autonomy and the dismantling of hierarchies of people and resources. Where we center lived and learned experience rather than merit or extrinsic value. Where there is room to learn, and opportunities for both social and personal growth.

Vision for Our Community

We envision a community rooted in social good. Where businesses, local organizations and groups, and community leaders work together as equals to solve problems that impact them and the people around them.

Vision for the World

We envision a world where every person has a right to a life free from systemic oppression and exploitation. Where solidarity economies sustain critical liberatory systems, and where we embrace our roles as stewards of nature, labor, and culture to survive and thrive as human beings.
