PLC Community Care Delivery Network

We are building a network of Chicagoans who create and deliver homemade foods, groceries, supplies, and medical equipment to those in need of support with accessing basic, essential resources.

There are three roles for you to choose from: Builder, Keeper, and Courier. Each role fulfills a different need within the network. Builders make care packages by making food and buying groceries and supplies. Keepers help store our care packages until there’s a request, and Couriers deliver the care packages to folks in need!
